    Amazing trip, well worth the price.. From the start to the end everyone was professional and friendly.. The helicopter ride was the highlight.. The absolute best way to see the best locations in style.. Would suggest choosing cooler months, was very very hot… 7 STARS !

    The best part of the day was the Yellow River cruise. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we saw plenty of wildlife. Our pilot could have been more talkative. Telling us something of the trip up there. The helicopter could have gone lower to the gorges. We did not have any food or drink included. At the price we had to pay it is outrageous that lunch at Kakadu was not included.

    What an incredible way to explore the Top End! We were really able to appreciate the vastness of the landscape from the air as well as see the wildlife of Kakadu. Absolutely amazing! My only advice if you plan to take this trip...The helicopter ride was stunning but definitely can trigger some motion sickness!

    Very well organised and a great way to get a taste of Katherine gorge and Kakadu in 1 day if you don’t have much time. Our pilot Dan was amazing and looked after us all day. The helicopter ride at the gorge was a highlight. Pack some snacks and drinks

    Fabulous! But be warned, despite the "private tour, your group only" assurance on TripAdvisor, you may have others on your tour.

    Wow, this is the best activity we did in the NT. Eric our pilot was excellent, really good natured person, the views down to Katherine and the Kakadu area was just Wow. The yellow river cruise in Kakadu was good, the crocodiles and the bird life were a plenty. But most importantly the helicopter flight over the 13 gorges at Katherine was just Breathtaking. Really good tour.

    The fixed wing plane experience was fantastic and our Pilot was highly professional and Knowledgeable and an enjoyable person to spend the day with. The Kakadu boat trip was also good. The helicopter flight was a big disappointment. We have had some great chopper experiences before but this was Like being in a crop duster. We got nowhere near the gorge and the pilot didn’t speak with us throughout the flight. I’ve been to Katherine gorge before on a boat tour and this chopper pilot did not do the gorge justice. The chopper was old and dirty and had very poor viewing unless you were sitting with the pilot. The intercom didn’t work when I tried to ask the pilot questions. I would recommend only doing the Kakadu and fixed plane part of this trip.

    My husband and I took this tour earlier this week. Our Pilot Shravan was fabulous, very informative and easy going. We flew to Katherine and was ferried to Nitmulik National Park by our taxi driver (Fred) for a scenic helicopter flight over the 13 Gorges with Matt from Nitmulik Heli-Tours. After that, we flew to Cooinda for a Yellow Waters Boat Cruise followed by lunch at Cooinda Lodge. We then took off again with Shravan to Jim Jim and Twin Falls before heading back to Darwin over the South Alligator and Adelaide Rivers. It was an awesome day with spectacular views and something that is well worth doing whilst in Darwin. We can truly recommend this as a must do activity in the Northern Territory

    I booked this tour for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint! What a spectacular way to see the territory. Our Pilot was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about every area we flew over. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to visit Katherine & Kakadu in a day to do it my air, you will be blown away by how spectacular it is from this view.

    Visited August 2019. What a great day, early morning flight Darwin to Katherine followed by an exhilarating helicopter flight over Katherine gorge. Then up to Cooinda resort for lunch then 1 1/2 hour boat trip on Yellow Waters. Flight over Kakadu was amazing to witness the shear enormity of the park, best way to see it. Our pilot Craig was very friendly and informative and made this the highlight of our trip to Darwin. Thanks again Kookaburra Air
