    A great venue for a bit of a wind-down or a wind-up. The exceptionally enjoyable beer garden, with food, is what this iconic pub has needed for a very long time. It has re-energized a corner of the Valley that for a long time was a 'why bother' zone (until late at night, that was). Nice crowd, a good mix of different types. A second (and well-staffed) bar adds pleasant flavour. Enjoy !!

    A great hotel to boot, everyone was so friendly and the entertainment was great. A blast of a time was had by all. Party and played with the locals. Had a few cock-tales, shots and slams.. better then a poke in the arm????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    Great place to hangout with friends and have social meetings. Love the atmosphere here for the bar, the restaurant part is also really nice as well. Staff are nice and friendly, price of the alcohol are reasonable. Would definitely recommend friends to come here.

    I've lived in the valley for nearly a decade and over the past few years, the Wickham has become easily the best pub in the valley. The staff are super lovely, the food is delicious and the beer is relatively cheap. There is often great live music out in the amazing beer garden. Plus, it's dog friendly! I've never had a bad experience here.
